Please submit cancellation letters to Ride Idaho/YMCA 1050 W. State St. Boise, ID 83702 or by email at rideidaho@ymcatvidaho.org.
If a rider cancels prior to May 31, the refund will include the amount paid MINUS the non-refundable $100 deposit.
If a rider cancels between June 1 and July 15, 50% of the cost of the ride is refunded.
If a rider cancels between July 16 and August 10, there is NO refund.
No written cancellation results in NO refund.
